How much is admission into Family Nightclub?
Admission varies per night. Free before 10pm (excluding ticketed and special events). Friday $15, Saturday $20, Sunday $15). Please check events for more information.
How do I sign up for the guest list?
Please send a list of full names through to party@thefamily.com.au before 4pm on Friday to be added to the guest list for the weekend, this entitles you to discounted entry, but excludes special ticketed events.
$10 before 11pm ($10 off)
$15 before 12am ($5 off)
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through our ticketing provider MOSHTIX.

Where do I go on the night if I have purchased general admission tickets?
Please proceed to the designated VIP Entry line to the right of the front entrance.
Can you scan my ticket from my mobile phone?
Yes, tickets can be scanned on your mobile phone upon arrival.
What happens if I have lost my ticket?
Electronic tickets will be accepted if shown on your mobile phone.
What is Family Nightclub’s dress code?
No effort, no entry.
Family Nightclub does not permit alcohol/sport/surf branded clothing. No shorts are allowed. No thongs or runners. Relaxed dress code applies on some nights, please check event details. Entry is at the door host's discretion.

Face, neck and hand tattoos are not permitted. Tattoos may be subject to the door host’s discretion.
What are Family Nightclub’s hours of operation?
Family Nightclub is open Friday through Sunday weekly.
Friday: 9pm – 3:30am
Saturday: 9pm – 3:30am
Sunday: 9pm – 3:30am
How do I reserve a space?
Reserve a private, luxurious VIP Table or the VIP Room and be treated to bottle service, your own exclusive hostess plus the best views of the main stage all night. Call 3852 5000 or email VIP@thefamily.com.au

How do I find out about upcoming events?
All upcoming events are listed on our website www.thefamily.com.au or on the Family Facebook page www.facebook.com/familynightclub. To stay up to date with all of the latest news, events and pre-sale ticket information sign up to our newsletter.
Where do I find lost property?
All lost property and items left in the cloak room are sent to the Family Main Office on Monday morning. You can contact the office on (07) 3852 5000 during business hours for collection or email reception@katarzyna.com.au.
